Membership & billing

Monthly memberships renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime with access until the period ends. Yearly plans are refunded pro-rata within the first 60 days. All fees are communicated before testing — no surprises.

Testing services

Panels are ordered by licensed physicians and processed by certified laboratories. Results are educational and preventive in nature; they complement but don’t replace your primary-care relationship. Test services are not emergency care.

Results & guidance

Physician-reviewed results typically arrive within a week. Personalized plans reflect your labs, history, and goals — follow them alongside, not instead of, advice from your own doctor.
